The Agricultural Leadership Foundation site is a promotional products site built on the CreativeMerch platform. Agricultural Leadership wanted a custom template that had mor eof their company colors and an interesting dynamic between the background and foreground. The site is the template created under these specifications.

Brandvessel is a promotion products online store built under the CreativeMerchandise platform. The store is a complete redesign of the standard CreativeMerch templates which gives it a fresh feel. The Brandvessel template was coded so navigation through the products is seemless.

Brandfuse is a promotional products site that is striving to bring products which go past the boundaries of what normally promotional products are. The first page of the site is a landing page with example products and some information on the site. Under "Stuff & Things" is a full promotional products store, where users can browse and purchase products. The site had to be coded so every aspect of it could allow different logos and color schemes as different templates are offered to companies so they can setup their own store.

Ottico, which means optical in Italian, is my personal photography gallery site. Ottico was created as a site to organized and share all my photography, and was started while I was working in Italy. The design focuses on the idea of looking at the world through the lens of a camera, and what can be revealed through this lens. The site uses the design pattern of graceful degradation to give a good UI experience even to users who have old browsers and javascript disabled.Users with more advanced systems will be presented with a more powerful interface.

Guido Polloni Vetrate is a company specializing in glass making the Florence, Italy. The company needed a simple CMS to update their glass works as well as edit the main pages of their site. Wordpress was used with an HTML/CSS layout and a JQuery slideshow, created to show all of their glass works. The design emphasized the antique company that has existed in Florence for almost 100 years.

The final class in the design major at San Francisco State required students to research and develop a full sample prototype for a common problem. My problem was the absence of any map for the blind on SF State's website. My research led me to a map that was represented with textual information based on landmarks which would be inputed by users through Google Maps. This prototype shows how such a map on the SF State's library website could function to give a blind person a text version of a map, which could be read back to them by screenreader software.

Eco-Friendly Fashion Association of California promotes using materials and processes that are friendly to the environment when producing clothing and fashion. EFFACA held various fashion shows around the country to gain support and fundraising. EFFACA needed a website that embodied their personality of green and zen. A comp was completed for the website, but was never coded.

Latitude 38 Group is a small commercial real estate division under TRI Commercial, based in San Francisco. L38 needed a website with a content management system where they could update their properties, statistics, and general news without the need to program HTML. This was accomplished by creating a new design for the site with the Drupal CMS and using content types to create pages for all their various listings.

Industrial Design Outreach(iDo) is a San Francisco State University organization that focuses on teaching industrial design to high school students. The organiztion is run by teachers and students from the design department at SF State and creates ciriculums for various high schools around the Bay Area. iDo wanted to create a HTML newsletter to send out to their students and clients. This consisted of an HTML email version and an online version. The design chosen focused on the colors and design concepts of iDo.

This school project was a website for a division of Axe. The body wash products needed a new marketing campaign that will promote the product. I wanted to show how Axe can be fun so I came up with a campaign that Axe will improve the "girl to guy ratio" at parties. I put this concept into the site by making the site look like the aftermath of a crazy party.

State Street Theatre is a made up business for a Web Design 1 class. The project was to come up with a successful small site to promote a local theatre which aimed to bring back the old glamour of going to the movies. I chose a mature red and gold color theme to give the site a classic feel. The web design uses texture and design elements to show elegance and professionalism.
Theres also images and mock videos that are displayed in a film strip.

PoorlyDrawnLines is a webcomic by UCSD student Reza Farazmand. Reza wanted a way to publish his comic online and wanted a website where he could add new comics without writing any HTML. PoorlyDrawnLines was setup under a Content Managment System so Reza could add new comics within the CMS.
